I wanted to share with you a little information about our recommended community service program. Most of you already know about Impact: An Alabama Student Service Initiative. I've mentioned this before in several emails.

I would like to see these programs flourish, and I also know Impact is an excellent way for Bedsole Scholars to get involved and participate in something that really makes a difference in their communities. Impact's founder, Stephen Black, communicated to me as recently as yesterday that he'd love to have more Bedsole Scholars participate.
